LOU RAGLAND - THE
CONVEYOR
Continuing our series of
reissuing rare and classic soul albums, we are proud to present Lou Ragland -
Is the Conveyer', one of the rarest and most sought after soul albums from the
70's. Ragland was heavily involved with the recording of local Cleveland act
Hot Chocolate whose album is also available for the first time on CD and now on
re-issue vinyl. 'Is the Conveyor' was released in 1977 but was probably
recorded a few years earlier, and the track 'Since you've been gone' has been
an in demand track on the Northern soul scene since its release as a single in
1973. The album is regarded as an underground classic and if you were lucky
enough to find a copy, it changes hands for about £400
