BRASS CONSTRUCTION- BRASS CONSTRUCTION  11
Brass Construction second album consolidated them as one of the best Funk bands of their time. The energy of their music and message of their songs helped them rise to the top of pack. It was always going to be hard to follow up their great debut album, but they gave us some more great funk tunes on this album ‘Ha Cha Cha’ , ‘What’s on Your Mind’ and ‘Now Is  Tomorrow’ standout on their own right.

It was around the time of the release of this album that I was privileged to see Brass Construction live at the California Ballroom in Dunstable UK, during the long hot summer of ’76. Their ‘energy’ was incredible, and the crowd in the jam packed room went mad, I must admit it is the hottest and wettest concert I have ever witnessed due to the heat generated and low ceiling of the room, we were literally soaked in sweat.!

We are delighted to be able to include this record in our classic albums series, re-mastered from the original master tapes and with very interesting sleeve notes from Randy Muller himself.
